# SmartRecruiters Business Systems Analyst **Clock Edge Technologies Pvt Lt** · Hyderabad, Telangana · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role # Job Description: SmartRecruiters Business Systems Analyst ### What You'll Do - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for recruitment processes. - Map current-state and future-state talent acquisition workflows. - Support SmartRecruiters configuration, including requisitions, approval workflows, application forms, templates, roles, and permissions. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. - Collaborate with integration and technical teams on interfaces, APIs, data flows, and field mappings. - Coordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and defect resolution. - Perform impact analysis for system changes, releases, and process enhancements. - Investigate production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution. - Develop process flows, requirements traceability matrices, test scripts, user guides, and training materials. - Support reporting, dashboards, data quality, compliance, and audit requirements. - Facilitate stakeholder workshops and communicate solutions to technical and nontechnical audiences. - Support deployment, change management, and post-go-live stabilization. - Identify opportunities to improve recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate experience. ### Preferred Qualifications - SmartRecruiters certification or formal product training. - Experience with SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite. - Knowledge of job boards, background-check providers, assessment tools, onboarding platforms, and recruitment marketing solutions. - Experience supporting global, multi-country, or multi-language implementations. - Understanding of recruitment data privacy, security, and compliance requirements. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar delivery tools.
