Job Title: Site Supervisor – Fit-Out & Interior

Job description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for fit-out and interior projects.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Monitor the progress and quality of civil, partition, ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, MEP, and finishing works.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available as required for smooth project execution.
• Review drawings and coordinate with the design and technical teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure workmanship meets required quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure works are completed within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding site requirements and deliveries.
• Identify and report any delays, technical issues, or discrepancies to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in fit-out and interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works, finishing, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings .
• Good knowledge of site coordination and project execution.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
