Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily fibre optic cable installation and related site works. - Coordinate site workers, technicians, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. - Ensure installation follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. - Monitor work quality, progress, and site productivity. - Conduct site inspections and resolve installation issues. - Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, and clients. - Prepare daily site progress reports and documentation. - Ensure proper cable routing, installation, termination, testing, and protection. - Report site issues, delays, and safety concerns to management. Requirements - Relevant experience in fibre optic installation or telecommunications. - Experience supervising site teams or subcontractors. - Able to read technical drawings and understand installation requirements. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Willing to work on project sites and travel when required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): - Offer will be based on your technical ability, current salary, and job market.
