# Site Supervisor– Data Center **Cloud 9 Networks** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Site Supervisor – Data Center Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Department: Operations Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities during the construction and build phase of data center projects. The role will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating technicians and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and supporting the project team to achieve timely project completion. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate daily data center site activities in line with project schedules and specifications. - Oversee the installation, termination, and testing of copper and fiber-optic cabling systems . - Supervise passive infrastructure technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to project requirements. - Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, quality, and industry standards . - Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and priorities to ensure timely completion. - Work closely with the Project Manager and project team to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. - Identify and resolve on-site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution. - Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures. - Identify and report deviations from project specifications. - Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. - Monitor and optimize manpower, materials, and other site resources. - Act as a communication link between site teams, subcontractors, and project management. - Supervise a team of passive infrastructure technicians , providing guidance, training, and support. - Maintain accurate documentation related to cabling layouts, rack configurations, equipment inventories, and site activities. - Prepare regular site progress updates, resource forecasts, and reports. - Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements - Technical certification or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role. - Experience in data center infrastructure is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of structured cabling standards and best practices . - Experience with passive infrastructure, copper and fiber cabling, and data center environments. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good team management and leadership skills. - Ability to motivate, guide, and mentor technicians. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
