Monitoring of work progress, attending project meetings,liaising with clients and consultants Observe proper construction safety measures and ensuresafety compliance at site Provide supervision and technical supports Investigate incidents and prepare responses in accordancewith policies and procedures. Resolve work problems and recommend work measures toimprove productivity. Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions,follow-up, and escalate whenever necessary. Recommend procedure revisions when necessary to fullyutilize assigned personnel and equipment. Perform risk analysis before each job to identify andaddress potential safety hazards. Communicate with site staff and management. Updatemanagement on staff performance and their needs. Guide and educate the site staff on the responsibilitiesand wellbeing. Make sure that staffs are mentally and physically in goodstatus. Make sure staff maintenance good disciplined at all the times.
