You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional interiors and managing teams on-site. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on residential interior fitout projects, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and specifications. Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor and ensure strict adherence to safety standards and compliance with all relevant regulations. Ensure quality control by inspecting work regularly and addressing any issues or defects promptly. Schedule and supervise subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they adhere to timelines and quality expectations. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and site progress updates. Resolve any site issues that arise promptly, maintaining project flow and minimizing disruptions. Monitor project budgets and timelines, working with the project manager to ensure financial and time-related goals are met. Promote a positive team environment, providing guidance and leadership to on-site staff. Qualifications: Proven 3 to 4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the residential fitout or construction industry. Strong knowledge of interior fitout processes, materials, and finishes. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using construction management software and MS Office Suite. A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
