Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily site activities and fit-out works. - Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project engineers. - Monitor work progress, quality, and site safety. - Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. - Manage manpower and allocate daily work tasks. - Check materials and ensure proper usage at site. - Coordinate with site management regarding site requirements and issues. - Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues to the Project Manager. - Ensure timely completion of assigned works. Requirements: - Minimum 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out projects. - Good knowledge of joinery, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, and other fit-out works. - Ability to read and understand drawings. - Strong site coordination and manpower management skills. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. Pay: AED21.44 - AED63.01 per month Work Location: In person
