In this role, you will manage daily on-site installation activities, coordinate between active project sites, oversee installation teams, and ensure all aluminum and glass works strictly meet quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Site Management & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site installation operations for aluminum systems, curtain walls, glass facades, doors, windows, skylights, and balustrades across various project sites. Site Mobility & Coordination: Travel independently between multiple job sites in the UAE using company/personal transportation to monitor work progress and resolve urgent site issues. Quality Control & Execution: Ensure installations are executed accurately according to approved shop drawings, structural specs, and quality control benchmarks. Team & Subcontractor Leadership: Assign tasks, monitor daily productivity, and manage site technicians, installers, and subcontractors to meet strict deadlines. Client & Contractor Liaison: Coordinate directly with main contractors, project managers, and consultants to resolve technical site clashes and schedule work phases smoothly. Material & Progress Tracking: Oversee site material deliveries, prevent breakage/wastage, and submit daily work progress reports to management. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to site safety guidelines, risk assessments, and UAE health and safety regulations. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you currently hold a valid UAE visa, and what type is it (Visit or Residence)?
