A SITE STEEL STRUCTURE FOREMAN with a CIVIL ENGINEERING background manages steel fabrication, assembly, and erection on-site while leading labor crews and ensuring safety compliance. PREFERRABLY WITH VALID UAE DRIVERS LICENSE Job Overview Role: Site Steel Structure Foreman / Junior Civil Engineer Core Goal: Supervise daily on-site structural steel erection, alignment, and welding operations. Reporting To: Project Manager or Senior Civil Site Engineer. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision: Monitor steel erection, bolting, and welding to match approved shop drawings. Quality Control: Check alignment, levels, and plumbness of steel columns and beams before final torqueing. Team Leadership: Direct skilled steel erectors, riggers, and welders. Safety Enforcement: Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and proper use of PPE and fall protection. Progress Tracking: Log daily manpower, equipment usage, and work progress. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: Fresh graduates or 1–3 years of site experience, ideally focusing on structural steel. Technical Skills: Ability to read complex structural framing and fabrication drawings. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-management abilities. Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
