Salary : Up to 25K AED p/m

Our client is a boutique, design-led developer delivering ultra-luxury residential projects across the UAE, from penthouses and private villas to larger residential developments with local partners. Working on a design and build basis, they handle interior design, fit-out and bespoke joinery in-house, and are known for exceptional craftsmanship and detail.

As the portfolio grows, they are looking for a Site Project Manager with a strong interior fit-out or design and build background to take ownership of on-site delivery across a number of live projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable walking a site at 7am as they are presenting progress to a private client in the afternoon.

The Role

• Lead day-to-day interior fit-out delivery across multiple high-end residential projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Manage fit-out subcontractors, specialist trades and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety and programme are maintained
• Work closely with the in-house design team to translate design intent into flawless execution on site
• Oversee bespoke joinery, stone, specialist finishes and MEP installations, including shop drawing and sample approvals
• Build and maintain project programmes, track costs and report progress to the leadership team
• Manage authority approvals and NOCs with the relevant bodies
• Run snagging, handover and close-out to an exceptional standard
• Represent the business with private clients, providing clear and confident updates throughout each project

The Ideal Candidate

• 3 to 5 years’ experience delivering luxury residential projects, such as high-end villas, penthouses or private residences
• Proven background in interior fit-out or design and build, gained with a fit-out contractor, design and build company or design-led developer
• Experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer or Project Manager on interior fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of high-end finishes, bespoke joinery and MEP coordination within a fit-out environment
• UAE project experience, including working knowledge of local authority approvals
• Highly organised and able to manage several sites at once without losing attention to detail
• Polished communicator, comfortable working with discerning private clients and design teams
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Architecture or a related field
• Valid UAE driving licence
