We’re recruiting a Site Operations Managers at Krispy Kreme Dartford

Taking ownership of a manufacturing and distribution site, you’ll:

• Coach and develop your management team.
• Champion safety, food safety and quality.
• Deliver production and dispatch plans.
• Improve productivity, reduce waste and manage costs.
• Build a culture where people feel included, recognised and accountable.

You’ll bring strong leadership experience from manufacturing, food production, FMCG or a related environment, alongside a track record of developing people and improving operational performance.
