KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily site operations and construction activities. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel, and project teams. Monitor project progress, schedules, quality, and safety compliance. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure construction works are executed according to approved plans and specifications. Address site issues and implement appropriate corrective actions. Prepare and monitor project reports, progress updates, and site documentation. Ensure manpower, materials, and equipment are properly coordinated and available. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in construction site management. Experience handling Subway or Tunnel projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and project execution. Experience managing subcontractors and site personnel. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Willing to work on-site and oversee project activities as required. Pay: Up to Php150,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
