The candidate will be responsible for overall site construction activities, ensuring the project is executed safely, efficiently, within schedule, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Extensive experience as a Site Manager / Construction Manager on major industrial projects. Strong GCC oil & gas construction experience is mandatory . Experience in Desalination / RO Plant projects is highly preferred . Strong experience in metallic/process piping, mechanical equipment installation and construction activities . Good knowledge of piping fabrication, erection, welding, testing and mechanical completion. Proven ability to manage large site manpower, supervisors, engineers and subcontractors . Strong experience in manpower planning, material coordination, work-front management and construction scheduling. Ability to handle project delays, material shortages and manpower constraints effectively. Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, QA/QC, HSE, planning and engineering teams . Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills. GCC project experience is mandatory; Qatar/Ras Laffan experience is an advantage . Must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines. Passport validity must be more than one year . Immediate/short-notice candidates preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage overall site execution and daily construction activities; coordinate manpower, materials and equipment; monitor progress against schedule; resolve site and technical issues; supervise mechanical/piping works; ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance; coordinate with the client and project management team; and ensure timely mechanical completion, testing, punch-list clearance and handover. Candidates without GCC oil & gas experience will not be considered. Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
