Site Manager

We deal in – Gypsum, Ceiling, Partition, Tiling, Paint, MEP, Joinery and all kinds of Fit outs.

Job Description:

Site Management:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on-site.
• Ensure all workers adhere to safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Manage site logistics, including deliveries, waste disposal, and access control.

Team Supervision:

• Lead, mentor, and monitor site staff and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues among workers on-site.

Project Coordination:

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure construction or operational milestones are met on schedule.
• Report progress, issues, and delays to upper management.

Quality Assurance:

• Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify and rectify any defects or rework needs promptly.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety briefings.
• Enforce company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Report and investigate accidents or incidents.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and materials.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction or industrial processes, methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Visit Visa, Cancel Visa
• UAE driving license is a plus
• Prior experience in interior fit-out or decor projects is essential
• Capable of managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
