Duties

• Perform routine maintenance around property, on mechanical and plumbing systems
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies or urgent repair requests to minimize operational disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members and customers
• Maintain a clean environment for employees and customers

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance
• Strong understanding of facilities maintenance best practices, safety protocols, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
