The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Job Description: Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control Lead, train & manage the store team. Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance Handle escalations and peak volume operations Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost) Requirements: Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations Good leadership & team handling skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong coordination & communication skills [English + Tagalog] Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email) Immediate Joiners
