JOB DESCRIPTION – SITE FOREMAN Closets, Kitchens & Cabinet Works Position: Site Foreman Department: Site / Installation / Production Coordination Reports To: Project Manager / Operations Manager Job Location: UAE Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License Job Summary: We are looking for a 3-5 years experienced Site Foreman to supervise and coordinate the site works for closets, kitchens, cabinets, vanities, TV units, wall cladding, and other joinery works. The Site Foreman will be responsible for managing installation teams, checking site availability, coordinating with clients and the factory, ensuring quality installation, and making sure all site works are completed on time and according to approved drawings and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site installation works for closets, kitchens, cabinets, and other joinery items. Coordinate with the factory, designers, project team, and installation team regarding site requirements and work progress. Check and verify site measurements before production and installation. Read and understand approved drawings, layouts, elevations, and installation details. Ensure all materials delivered to site are complete, correct, and in good condition. Arrange and guide installers/carpenters on the proper installation method. Monitor site progress and report daily updates to the management. Check the quality of installation, finishing, alignment, leveling, and fixing. Solve minor site issues and report major issues immediately to the project manager. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, or site representatives when required. Ensure installation is done according to the approved design, measurements, and company standards. Prepare site snag reports and ensure all pending works are completed. Make sure tools, materials, and manpower are properly arranged before going to site. Ensure safety rules and proper housekeeping are followed on site. Drive to different project sites as required by the company. Requirements: Must have a valid UAE Driving License. Previous experience as Site Foreman in closets, kitchens, cabinets, joinery, or furniture works at least 3-5 years. Good knowledge of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, closets, hinges, sliding systems, accessories, and installation methods. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements. Strong supervision and coordination skills. Ability to manage installation teams and site schedules. Good communication skills with clients, workers, and management. Must be responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure. Knowledge of site measurement and basic technical problem-solving is required. UAE experience is preferred.
