The role involves coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules. Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports. Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Verify materials, equipment, and manpower used on site. Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including reports, inspections, and progress updates. Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and testing of materials and completed works. Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Attend project meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field. At least 5+ years of experience in construction site supervision. Experience in infrastructure, building, or construction projects is an advantage. Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Familiarity with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools . Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
