The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and coordinating effectively with project and construction teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise shoring and piling works on-site. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets approved specifications. Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams. Ensure all piling and shoring activities comply with approved designs, specifications, and method statements. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements . Monitor site progress and resolve technical and construction-related issues. Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, inspection records, progress reports, and other project documentation . Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Min. 5 years of experience in the piling/shoring industry. Proven experience in piling and shoring works , preferably in a similar Site Engineer role. Strong knowledge of piling techniques, equipment, construction methods, and safety requirements. Good understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and quality control procedures. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Immediate joiners are preferred. Job Type Full-Time | Site-Based Location: Dubai, UAE Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
