# Site Engineer (Mechanical) **Modular General Contracting** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily MEP site activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting installations. - Review approved drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution. - Coordinate with civil engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues and avoid clashes. - Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, materials, and progress against the project schedule. - Prepare material requests and coordinate deliveries to meet site requirements. - Ensure work complies with applicable UAE authority requirements and approved project standards. - Coordinate inspections with the consultant and QA/QC team, and close inspection comments and defects. - Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site records. - Ensure compliance with site health and safety requirements. - Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover. - Support the preparation of as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 3–5 years of MEP site engineering experience in construction, including UAE experience. - Experience supervising MEP works for residential, commercial, or similar building projects. - Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and coordination with civil works. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - UAE driving licence preferred. - Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred. Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
