Role Overview You will lead site execution across structural works, grey works, and internal and external finishes. You will direct site teams with clear daily instructions, work closely with the Project Manager, and deliver every stage to approved drawings, specifications, programme, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Structural Works - Supervise excavation, shoring, dewatering, backfilling, and compaction - Supervise foundations, RC columns, beams, slabs, and staircases - Check formwork, reinforcement, and embedded services before concrete pours * Plan and control concrete pours, curing, and cube testing * Arrange consultant and authority inspections for structural stages Grey Works - Supervise blockwork, lintels, plastering, screeding, and waterproofing - Coordinate MEP first-fix openings, sleeves, and embedded conduits - Check levels, alignment, and tolerances before handing over to finishes Internal & External Finishes - Supervise marble and stone flooring and cladding, gypsum ceilings, joinery, paint and decorative finishes, sanitaryware, and ironmongery - Supervise facade cladding (stone/GRC), external paint and texture, paving, pergolas, boundary walls, and landscaping interfaces - Prepare snag lists and close out snags before handover Site Leadership - Lead and direct foremen, labour, and subcontractor teams with clear daily instructions - Set daily and weekly work targets and follow up on output and quality - Maintain discipline, productivity, and HSE compliance on site - Resolve site issues quickly and escalate when needed Coordination with Project Manager - Report daily and weekly progress, manpower, and material status to the Project Manager - Flag delays, design conflicts, and cost impacts early, and raise RFIs where required - Provide site measurements and records to support QS in variations and subcontractor payments - Attend site and progress meetings and follow up on agreed actions Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Minimum 5 years of site experience on luxury villa projects in Dubai - Proven hands-on experience across structural works, grey works, and internal and external finishes - Strong site presence, with a record of leading labour teams and subcontractors - Clear communicator who gives precise instructions and follows through - Experience reporting to and coordinating with a Project Manager - Ability to read structural, architectural, ID, and shop drawings Work Location: In person
