# Site Engineer – Interior Projects **Yaser Fanari Technical Works** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Oversee daily activities on the site and ensure alignment with design drawings and project timelines Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow Monitor work progress, address site issues, and escalate major concerns to project management Enforce compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and assist in material and resource planning Ensure all site work is carried out with quality standards and in accordance with BOQ and specifications Handle manpower and materials efficiently to avoid delays or wastage Review shop drawings and provide practical, on-site engineering solutions as needed Maintain detailed records of work activities, inspections, and site logs Prior experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects is mandatory Ability to interpret and quantify from BOQ, drawings, and technical documents Strong coordination skills and problem-solving abilities on site Must hold a valid UAE Driving License Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken & written) Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience: 5years: 4 years (Required) Language: • Arabic & English (Required) (Required) License/Certification: • UAE Driving License (Required) (Required) Work Location: In person
