Site Execution & Supervision Execute daily site activities as per approved drawings and project specifications. Supervise civil, joinery, gypsum, flooring, and finishing works. Ensure workmanship meets company QA/QC standards. 2. Technical Coordination Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals. Identify discrepancies and raise RFIs for clarification. Coordinate with designers, consultants, and subcontractors. 3. MEP Integration Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire‑fighting, and ELV works. Ensure MEP services align with interior layouts and finishing requirements. Support testing, commissioning, and authority inspections. 4. Material Management Prepare material requisitions and follow up with procurement. Verify deliveries, quality, and proper storage. Ensure materials are available as per project schedule. 5. Quality Assurance & Control Conduct inspections for all trades and ensure compliance with standards. Maintain checklists, ITPs, and inspection records. Report and close NCRs and snags promptly. 6. HSE Compliance Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with HSE plans. Conduct toolbox talks and monitor safe work practices. Report incidents and coordinate corrective actions. 7. Progress Monitoring & Reporting Prepare daily site reports, weekly progress updates, and site diaries. Track manpower, materials, and work progress against schedule. Support the Project Manager with look‑ahead plans. 8. Client & Consultant Coordination Attend site meetings and present progress updates. Manage inspections and approvals with consultants/clients. Ensure timely closure of comments and instructions. 9. Authority Coordination Support submissions and inspections with DM, DCD, DEWA, DU/Etisalat, DDA, Trakhees. Ensure all works comply with UAE authority regulations. Pay: AED2,380.82 - AED9,715.25 per month Work Location: In person
