Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works . Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and internal teams. Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of site activities. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. Verify contractor measurements and support billing activities. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation. Requirements BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering . 3–7 years of Real Estate Construction experience . High-Rise Residential Apartment experience is MANDATORY . Good knowledge of RCC and finishing works. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office . Good communication and coordination skills. Willing to work at project sites across Bangalore.
