Site Engineer - Fitout

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Fit-Out to oversee and coordinate fit-out works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and consultants, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining project quality and progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review drawings and coordinate with the design/technical team regarding site requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.
• Inspect completed works and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, MEP, and other fit-out works to avoid site conflicts.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, inspection requests, and relevant documentation.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement and stores teams.
• Identify and resolve site issues and technical problems in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper execution of finishing works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, doors, and other architectural works.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in fit-out construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and finishing works.
• Experience in UAE construction/fit-out projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of site execution, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
