# Site Engineer Fit Out Background **Modular General Contracting** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 11 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with a strong Interior Fit-Out background and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE . The candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising fit-out activities on site, ensuring works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all interior fit-out activities on site from commencement through completion and handover. Review approved shop drawings, architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals before execution. Coordinate daily site activities with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Supervise fit-out works including gypsum/partition works, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, tiling, doors, and other architectural finishes . Coordinate architectural/fit-out works with MEP services to avoid clashes and delays. Monitor manpower, materials, subcontractors, and daily site progress. Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and UAE construction standards . Conduct site inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship. Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, inspection requests, site records, and other required documentation . Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals. Monitor project schedules and ensure activities are completed within agreed deadlines. Ensure proper implementation of HSE requirements and site safety procedures . Assist with snagging, rectification works, testing, final inspections, and project handover. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline . Minimum 5 years of UAE experience specifically in Interior Fit-Out projects. Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, finishes, and site execution . Experience handling commercial, residential, hospitality, office, or high-end interior fit-out projects is preferred. Good understanding of shop drawings, technical specifications, BOQ, and project documentation . Strong coordination and site management skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and site manpower effectively. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant construction/project management software . Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. UAE Driving License is an advantage. Candidates with immediate availability will be preferred. Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
