Site Engineer – Finishing Works (Night Shift) – Mind Stream Mind Stream is recruiting a Site Engineer for building finishing works on a major infrastructure project. The role is site-based on the night shift, supervising finishing trades and subcontractors, raising inspections against ITPs, and coordinating with the day-shift team. Responsibilities: - Supervise finishing trades and subcontractors on site during night shift operations - Raise inspection requests against project ITPs and verify materials and workmanship against specifications - Report daily progress to the construction manager and coordinate handover with the day-shift site engineer - Review method statements, coordinate material approvals, deliveries, and subcontractor manpower and sequencing - Conduct snagging and defect identification; perform quantity take-offs and track material consumption - Ensure compliance with HSE requirements on site during night operations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture - Experience in building finishing works and infrastructure works on construction projects - Strong knowledge of ITPs, method statements, and quality/HSE standards - Good coordination, communication, and daily reporting skills - Available for site-based night shift work Experience: 10+ years Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Location: Mesaieed, Qatar Contract duration: 6 months Apply here: https://dtire.ddimtalentintelligence.com/apply/xchm7a7hexc3 Email: careers@mind-stream.net WhatsApp: +974 30107270 Application Question(s): Do you have valid Qatar Id?
