# Site Engineer – ELV Systems **MAB GROUP** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 28 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – ELV Systems to supervise and coordinate ELV system installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that site activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day ELV installation and site activities. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other teams. Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. Ensure ELV installations are carried out as per approved drawings and standards. Manage technicians and subcontractors and allocate daily work activities. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works. Conduct testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of ELV systems. Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, inspection requests, and relevant documentation. Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients and attend site meetings when required. Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution. Ensure proper material availability, installation quality, and material handling at site. Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE procedures. Coordinate with the design/drafting team regarding drawing revisions and site requirements. Support preparation of as-built drawings, testing and commissioning reports, and handover documents. Provide technical support and guidance to technicians during installation and troubleshooting. Monitor manpower productivity and report any delays or technical issues to the Project Manager. ELV Systems Knowledge The candidate should have practical knowledge of the following: CCTV and Video Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems Structured Cabling and Data Networks Intercom Systems Public Address / Background Music Systems SMATV / IPTV Systems Gate Barrier and Parking Management Systems Audio/Video Systems Video Management Systems (VMS) Other ELV and low-current systems Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, or a related engineering field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant ELV site experience , preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of ELV installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and understand ELV shop drawings, schematics, and technical documents. Good knowledge of site coordination and project execution. Experience in supervising technicians and subcontractors. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Valid UAE Driving License is required. UAE experience in ELV projects.
