# Site Engineer cum draftperson **PDC GROUP PTE LTD** · Changi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position : Site Engineer Working hour : Monday To Saturday (8am to 5pm) Responsibilities (1) Liaise with consultants, client & main/sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement and work progress supervision (2) Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation, according to the Site Situation. (3) Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing. (4) Estimating, documenting, and following up on important actions. (5) Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, working hours, budgets, and expenditures. (6) To study sites, construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements. (7) Coordinate with internal team to ensure effective communication (8) Develop an in-depth understanding of project scope and details e.g.: outcomes. (9) Assess project risks & foreseeable issues, and provide solutions where applicable. (10) Prepare a material list, sample board and produce ad-hoc drawings to assist fabrication. (11) Provide administrative support as needed. (12) Any other work as assigned by Project Manager Requirements . At least with 3 years proven working experience as an Architectural Site Engineer · Familiar with best practices and performance standard. · Ability to work with multiple project discipline. · Time management and organization skills. · Decision making and leadership skills · Familiar with AutoCAD · Able to read technical drawings (Structural) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Experience: Construction site: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
