Monitor activities including blockwork, plastering, screeding, tiling, waterproofing, painting, flooring, ceilings, and other architectural/civil finishing works . Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other site teams. Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper workmanship and quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3–6 years of site experience , preferably in building construction and finishing works. Strong knowledge of civil and architectural finishing activities. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site coordination. Experience in managing subcontractors and site teams. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project planning software is an advantage. Preferably available in Oman and can join of short notice Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
