Ltd. Location: Karnataka Department: Civil / Construction Experience: 2–3 Years Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Job Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Prepare and review tender-related documents, BOQ, estimates and quotations . Assist in tender preparation, rate analysis and quantity calculations. Study tender drawings, specifications and scope of work. Coordinate with the site team, contractors, consultants and vendors. Monitor work progress and ensure execution as per drawings, specifications and schedule. Prepare site reports, quantity statements and required documentation. Support the estimation and tendering team whenever required. Ensure quality, safety and proper utilization of materials at the site. Maintain proper records of measurements, work progress and site activities. Candidate Requirements Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 2–3 years of experience in Civil / Construction projects. Tendering experience is required. Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and tender documentation. Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications. Good coordination and communication skills. Willingness to work at project sites. Language Requirements Kannada Hindi Marathi English Benefits Food and Accommodation provided by the company.
