Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Hands-on experience in labour management, including supervising workers, allocating daily tasks, monitoring productivity, maintaining workforce attendance, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project schedules. Monitor project progress and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Verify measurements, prepare bills, quantity estimates, and work progress reports. Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues on site. Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of materials. Maintain site documentation, including inspection reports, work permits, and project records. Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements. Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns. Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
