SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL) / ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER / DRAFTSMAN

We are looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction and interior fit-out projects.

1. SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering with a valid UAE Educational Equivalency Certificate .
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience in building construction, structural works, renovation, and interior fit-out projects .

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and supervise daily site activities, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Act as the key coordination link between the Project Manager and site execution team.
• Prepare material requirements, coordinate procurement, and follow up on timely deliveries.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, QA/QC procedures, and HSE compliance.
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution and defect-free handover.

1. ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER / DRAFTSMAN

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and drafting, particularly for interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Proven technical knowledge and a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp , and architectural rendering software.
• Ability to prepare architectural layouts, detailed shop drawings, sections, elevations, and coordinated construction drawings.
• Experience in 3D modelling, interior design visualization, and realistic rendering.
• Ability to coordinate architectural drawings with Civil, MEP, and other project requirements.
• Good understanding of construction materials, finishes, detailing, and site execution requirements.
• Ability to incorporate consultant/client comments and prepare drawings for approval and execution.

General Requirements

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Practical, site-oriented approach with attention to detail.
• UAE project experience will be preferred.
