Monitors construction progress/status, resolves issues through proper coordination with immediate supervisors, ensures timely procurement of construction materials based on the construction stage, and oversees entire site safety. Monitors project site progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety, and sanitation standards. Conducts daily site inspections to ensure correct implementation of work based on the approved plans and specifications in accordance with standard construction guidelines. Oversees all house construction and land development activities. Provides immediate solutions to on-site problems. Reviews and ensures completeness of the scope of work, drawings, and list of materials, estimates or verifies prior estimates labor, materials, tools, equipment, and shop work. Reviews the status of all construction materials. Requests construction materials from the purchasing department. Conducts weekly toolbox meeting with all contractors and/or foremen. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends through actual site verification and recommends necessary actions. Ensures timely completion of construction with adherence to quality standards and control over the construction of housing units for the purpose of attaining buyers’ satisfaction at least cost.
