# Site Engineer **XAD Technologies** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Engineer to join our team and manage site execution, quality, safety, and coordination. - Supervise and manage daily construction activities as per approved drawings and method statements. - Coordinate and supervise foremen, technicians, and subcontractors. - Ensure construction work meets project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings. - Coordinate site inspections with consultants and QA/QC teams. - Prepare and follow up on Inspection Requests (IRs) and approvals. - Identify and rectify snags and quality issues promptly. - Coordinate with Senior and Planning Engineers to meet project schedules. - Prepare daily progress and manpower reports. - Assist with short-term planning and material requirements. - Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standards. - Monitor PPE usage and safe working practices on site. - Maintain site records, drawings, RFIs, daily logs, and other project documentation. - Update as-built drawings when required. - Report site issues, delays, and constraints to the management. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline. - Relevant experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects. - Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, QA/QC, and HSE requirements. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines. - AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge is preferred. Pay: AED4,800.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
