Duties and Responsibilities Project Supervision Oversee daily construction activities on-site. Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor progress to meet project schedules. Site Management Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. Resolve on-site technical issues promptly. Quality Control Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct material inspections and verify workmanship. Maintain quality records and inspection reports. Health and Safety Enforce workplace health and safety regulations. Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks. Identify and mitigate potential hazards. Surveying and Setting Out Perform site measurements and layout according to design. Verify levels, alignments, and dimensions before construction. Documentation Maintain daily site reports and progress records. Prepare material requests and work completion reports. Record site instructions, inspections, and changes. Coordination Liaise with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients. Attend site meetings and provide project updates. Coordinate inspections and approvals with relevant authorities. Material and Equipment Management Monitor material deliveries and storage. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and utilized. Track material consumption and minimize waste. Problem Solving Identify construction challenges and propose practical solutions. Assist in resolving design discrepancies and site conflicts. Compliance Ensure construction complies with contract requirements, local building codes, and environmental regulations. Support project audits and inspections. Key Skills Required Technical knowledge of construction methods and materials Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications Project planning and scheduling Leadership and team management Communication and coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards Proficiency in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera, MS Office) Pay: AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
