LTD.** · Choa Chu Kang · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description - Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction works Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project team Monitor work progress and report site status to Project Manager Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations Resolve technical issues and site problems promptly Prepare and maintain site records, daily reports, and progress reports Assist in material planning, ordering, and site logistics Attend site meetings and coordinate inspections with authorities when required Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of relevant site experience Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings Familiarity with local authority requirements and safety regulations (e.g. MOM / BCA – if in Singapore) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong coordination and communication skills Able to work independently and under pressure Experience in HDB / BTO projects will be an advantage.
