Job Purpose: To supervise daily civil and structural works on-site, ensuring execution meets approved shop drawings, project timelines, and Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) standards. Key Responsibilities Site Execution: Direct daily structural, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works per approved drawings. Quality & Inspections: Conduct site inspections (WIR/MIR) with consultants to maintain strict quality standards. Coordination: Partner with MEP teams to clear structural openings and sleeves prior to concrete pours and wall closures. Subcontractor Management: Lead on-site labor and subcontractors to ensure high productivity and strict safety compliance. Progress Tracking: Monitor daily site progress against the baseline schedule and address delays early. Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 4–7 years of UAE experience (Abu Dhabi preferred). Strong drawing review skills (AutoCAD) and familiarity with ADM regulations. Compensation & Benefits Salary: Competitive salary based on experience. Annual Leave: 30 calendar days of fully paid annual leave per year.
