# Site Engineer **Royal World Glass** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Purpose To supervise and coordinate aluminum and glass installation works at project sites, ensuring compliance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities - Supervise installation of aluminum windows and doors, curtain walls, glass partitions, balustrades, and other glazing works. - Ensure site works comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements. - Coordinate with the Technical Department regarding site measurements, drawing discrepancies, and technical issues. - Coordinate with the Main Contractor, Consultant, and other subcontractors on site activities. - Monitor manpower, material availability, installation progress, and productivity. - Coordinate material requirements with the warehouse, procurement, and factory teams. - Ensure installation quality and coordinate inspections, WIR submissions, and rectification of rejected works. - Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and proper handling of glass and aluminum materials. - Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including completed works, delays, material shortages, and site issues. - Report technical concerns, variations, and potential delays to the Project Manager. Qualifications and Experience - Degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aluminum, glass, façade, or glazing projects. - Ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical specifications. - Knowledge of site installation, quality control, inspection procedures, and safety requirements. - Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills. - UAE project experience preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Achievement of site progress targets. - Quality of installation and inspection approval rates. - Efficient use of manpower and materials. - Timely reporting and resolution of site issues. - Compliance with safety standards and approved drawings. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
