The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, installation, inspection, and coordination of formwork and scaffolding activities. Job Requirements 5–8 years of relevant experience in formwork and scaffolding. Strong knowledge of formwork and scaffolding systems, installation, and site execution. Experience in supervising and coordinating site activities. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications. Knowledge of site measurements, material requirements, and quantity control. Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, foremen, and site teams. Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. UAE/Dubai construction experience is preferred. Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily formwork and scaffolding activities . Ensure proper installation, alignment, inspection, and dismantling of systems. Review drawings and coordinate technical requirements with the project team. Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at site. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site management. Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues. Ensure compliance with project quality and HSE requirements.
