# Site Engineer **Moondragon Constructors Corp.** · Tondo · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role SITE ENGINEER Job Description We are looking for a Site Engineer who will be responsible for supervising and monitoring construction activities on site, ensuring that work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing workers and subcontractors to meet project deadlines. The candidate must also have strong leadership and a firm personality, with the ability to communicate instructions clearly, gain the respect of workers, and ensure that all assigned tasks and site instructions are properly understood, followed, and completed within the required timeframe. Responsibilities Review and interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and construction details for proper site implementation. Prepare and quantify material requests and requirements needed for site activities. Prepare required documents, reports, shop drawings, and other technical submissions. Manage, supervise, and monitor manpower, work assignments, and daily accomplishments. Check and inspect site works to ensure compliance with the latest approved plans, drawings, specifications, and details. Monitor the progress of activities and ensure that work is completed according to the required project schedule and deadlines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other parties involved in the project. Provide regular reports to the direct supervisor regarding site activities, accomplishments, manpower, material requirements, issues, and other site occurrences. Immediately report existing issues and potential problems that may affect the project schedule, quality, cost, or safety. Oversee and monitor quality control and safety requirements on site. Supervise and manage workers effectively, giving clear instructions and ensuring that assigned tasks are properly completed within the required timeframe. Maintain a firm, professional, and respectful approach in dealing with workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with instructions and project requirements. Be willing and physically capable of working on site under various weather conditions, including rain or extreme heat, as project conditions require. Perform other site-related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Preferably with 2–3 years or more of relevant construction/site experience. Experience in site development works, such as: Road works Duct bank installation Excavation and backfilling Concrete works Other related civil/site development activities Keen attention to detail and ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings. Strong verbal and written communication and reporting skills. Able to quickly understand, follow, and properly implement instructions. Must be knowledgeable in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD. Strong leadership and manpower management skills. Must be capable of giving clear and firm instructions and ensuring that workers and subcontractors follow established work requirements and schedules. Hands-on and willing to work in an active construction site environment. Construction experience is required; experience in site development works is an advantage. Must be willing to work under challenging site and weather conditions. Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: On-site parking Application Question(s): Are you currently employed?
