The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that works are completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and workforce. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Prepare daily work plans and site activity schedules. Monitor project progress against approved programme. Inspect civil and finishing works. Coordinate material requirements with procurement teams. Ensure required materials are available on site. Conduct quantity checks and site measurements. Review drawings before execution. Identify technical issues and coordinate solutions with project management. Ensure proper quality control at site. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Maintain proper site documentation. Coordinate client and consultant inspections. Attend site meetings when required. Monitor subcontractor productivity and workmanship. Ensure rectification of snagging and quality issues. Assist in project handover and close-out activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of site engineering experience. UAE construction experience preferred. Strong experience in civil, renovation, refurbishment, and maintenance projects. Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP coordination drawings. Good understanding of construction methods and materials. Strong site coordination and supervision skills. Knowledge of UAE safety requirements. Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively. AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge preferred. Good communication and reporting skills. Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
