# Site Engineer **Last Moment Detergents Trading LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 11 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description : World Legend Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a high-rise tower project in Business Bay, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction activities on site, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and the project schedule. Key Responsibilities : - Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site - Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements - Coordinate with Construction Managers, consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC teams, and other disciplines - Monitor subcontractor manpower, productivity, and daily work progress - Plan and coordinate site activities to achieve required project milestones - Conduct site inspections and coordinate WIRs with QA/QC and consultant teams - Identify and resolve site execution and technical issues - Ensure required materials, drawings, and resources are available before starting activities - Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works on site - Monitor concrete, blockwork, waterproofing, screed, plaster, tiling, ceiling, façade, and other construction/finishing activities as applicable - Ensure works meet required quality standards and immediately address defective or non-compliant work - Coordinate with the technical team regarding RFIs, drawing discrepancies, and required technical clarifications - Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper records of site activities - Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and site procedures - Support snagging, inspections, rectification works, and project handover activities Requirements : - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering - Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction/site execution - Proven experience working on high-rise building projects - Strong knowledge of Civil, Structural, Architectural, and finishing works - Ability to read and understand IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and construction details - Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and site coordination - Experience managing subcontractors, supervisors, foremen, and site manpower - Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines - UAE construction experience is preferred Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working with a UAE main contractor - Experience in high-rise interior and finishing works - Familiarity with UAE construction standards and authority requirements - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage - Immediate joiners will be given preference Salary : To be discussed (based on experience) Application Process : To help us shortlist candidates efficiently and fast-track interviews, all applicants are kindly requested to complete a short online questionnaire after applying. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfh_wiciSiW_vrT1QCJOyK_dpRYRTuoXlSO-03prlH-M0XF9g/viewform?usp=dialog Only candidates who complete the questionnaire will be considered for the next stage.
