Job Summary

Hardell Metal Industries LLC is looking for a Fresher Site Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with site activities, coordinating with project teams, monitoring installation works, and ensuring that works are completed as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Site Supervisor in daily site activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and main contractors at site.
• Monitor installation and fabrication works for non-structural metal works.
• Assist in the installation and inspection of garbage chute and waste management systems .
• Review drawings and understand site dimensions and installation requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the project team.
• Prepare daily site reports and update work progress.
• Coordinate material delivery, manpower, and site requirements.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Assist in preparing RFI, inspection requests, snag lists, and handover documents .
• Ensure works are carried out safely and according to project specifications.
• Maintain proper records of site activities, materials, and inspections.
• Follow company procedures and project HSE requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field .
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work at construction sites and travel between project locations.
• Ability to learn technical site activities quickly.
• UAE driving license will be an advantage.
• Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
