The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of UAE experience in site execution and project coordination, preferably within the Aluminum, Glass, Facade, Curtain Wall, Cladding, or related construction industry. The Site Engineer will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising installation works, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for Aluminum, Glass, Facade, Curtain Wall, Cladding, and related works. Ensure site works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Review architectural, structural, facade, and shop drawings before execution. Coordinate with Project Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Draftsmen, Quantity Surveyors, subcontractors, and site teams. Monitor installation of aluminum profiles, curtain walls, glass, doors, windows, cladding, and related facade systems. Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions, levels, alignment, and installation requirements. Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available at site as per the project schedule. Monitor manpower, productivity, work progress, and site activities. Identify technical and site-related issues and coordinate with the Project Engineer for timely resolution. Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, method statements, quality requirements, and safety procedures. Coordinate inspections with QA/QC teams, consultants, and clients. Monitor and follow up on rectification and snagging works. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and relevant site documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors and installation teams to ensure timely completion of project activities. Assist in project handover, final inspections, and completion of outstanding works. REQUIREMENTS 5–7 years of relevant UAE experience as a Site Engineer or similar role. Strong experience in Aluminum, Glass, Facade, Curtain Wall, Cladding, or related construction projects is highly preferred. Engineering or relevant technical qualification. Strong knowledge of site execution and installation procedures. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, shop, and technical drawings. Good knowledge of Aluminum and Glass facade systems is an advantage. Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills. Good communication and team management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technical software. Ability to work under project deadlines and manage multiple site activities.
