The ideal candidate must have a strong background in aluminum and glass works , with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision, installation, and project coordination. The candidate should be confident in reading and interpreting shop drawings, architectural drawings, and technical details , and be able to effectively coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project management. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate aluminum and glass installation works at project sites. Read, understand, and interpret shop drawings, architectural drawings, and technical drawings . Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and installation teams. Inspect completed works to ensure proper quality, dimensions, alignment, and finishing. Identify and resolve site issues related to aluminum, glass, façade, doors, windows, curtain walls, and related works. Prepare site reports, progress updates, measurements, and material requirements when required. Ensure proper installation methods and compliance with site safety requirements. Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available when required. Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication and installation. Monitor manpower and installation teams to ensure productivity and quality. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in Aluminum & Glass works. Previous experience as a Site Engineer / Site Supervisor in an aluminum and glass company is required. Strong ability to read and understand shop drawings and technical drawings . Good knowledge of aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, glass works, façades, and related systems. Ability to take site measurements and coordinate dimensions with drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively. Valid UAE driving license is required. Willingness to travel between project sites as required. Strong knowledge of site procedures, quality control, and safety requirements. Preferred Skills Engineering or relevant technical qualification. Experience working with contractors, consultants, and project teams. Knowledge of aluminum and glass fabrication and installation processes. Good computer skills, including AutoCAD or similar drawing software.
