The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and organised Site Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our projects. Working closely with Project Managers, you will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing logistics, maintaining project records, and ensuring projects run efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination Undertake site measurements and maintain accurate records Schedule and coordinate deliveries, collections, and site logistics Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants Maintain project documentation and administrative records Support site inspections and compliance activities Assist with sketches, mark-ups, and technical drawings where required About You Previous experience in commercial construction Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organisational and communication skills Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail Current White Card and Driver's Licence Full Australian working rights Why Join Gear Project?
