Strong knowledge and experience in luxury villa construction and high-end residential projects . Experience in structural, architectural, and finishing works. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and specifications. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards. Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and subcontractor management. Ensure all construction works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP engineers, and project management teams. Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety requirements. Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate site inspections. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements. Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience with high-end villa finishes, including marble, stone, landscaping, and customized architectural details. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of project planning and construction scheduling. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
