# Site Civil Engineer **EEI Business Solutions** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Licensed Civil Engineer Department: Project Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Assignment: Building, Infrastructure, Heavy, and Light Projects Location: Project Site Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer who will provide technical and engineering support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities. The role will ensure that works are implemented in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor civil and structural construction activities at the project site. Ensure that construction works are executed according to approved drawings, plans, specifications, and applicable standards. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Foremen, subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Monitor daily project progress and ensure activities are completed according to the approved schedule. Conduct site inspections and verify the quality and accuracy of completed works. Assist in quantity take-offs, material estimates, measurements, and verification of accomplishments. Monitor the use of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources. Identify technical issues, site constraints, and potential delays and recommend appropriate solutions. Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with project quality requirements. Assist in resolving technical issues and discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and other required project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and proper execution of works. Ensure compliance with project safety policies and applicable construction regulations. Assist in preparing as-built drawings, punch lists, and other project close-out documentation. Participate in site meetings, inspections, coordination meetings, and project reviews. Perform other engineering and project-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering . Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is required. At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or project site operations. Experience in Building, Infrastructure, Heavy Civil, or Light Civil projects is an advantage. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, structural works, and site operations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office ; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Willing to be assigned to project sites and work in different locations.
