We treat every customer and every team member like family, and we’re looking for a driven Assistant General Manager to help lead our site with heart, urgency, and accountability. Pay $18–$23 per hour , based on experience What You’ll Do Support daily site operations and assist the Site General Manager Lead by example while living the Papa Bear mission and values Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships Promote and sell Bear Club memberships and wash packages Help grow car counts through energy, motivation, and team leadership Maintain a clean, safe, and well-running facility at all times Reduce downtime and keep the wash flowing smoothly in all conditions Oversee daily equipment checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs Monitor chemical usage and troubleshoot equipment as needed Ensure team members are trained, rotated through positions, and presentable Complete required paperwork, reports, and inventories accurately and on time Communicate effectively with leadership and across the organization Qualifications Previous leadership or management experience preferred Maintenance or mechanical experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Reliable, self-motivated, and team-focused Schedule & Hours Expected to work 38–45 hours per week Schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Education High School Diploma or GED required Why Papa Bear?
